THere was a problem with the Remote wonder 2 but Kona got right on the ball and got me a FedEx free shipping number to RMA it back to ATI. And, thats not all...he sent me his Remote Wonder 2 so I would have one. what a guy!!! This is the type of service that people dream about! It is also the type of service that earns some well deserved "POSITIVE" feedback.
